About the Facilitator

After experiencing and overcoming my own burnout, I decided to dedicate myself to helping others navigate similar challenges. I bring a unique blend of expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), somatic certification, and personal experience to the role of facilitator. With a deep understanding of behavior modification techniques and somatic practices, I am passionate about empowering individuals to prioritize well-being and resilience.

Guided by values of empowerment, engagement, and vulnerability, I create a supportive environment where participants can explore their experiences and discover practical strategies for recovery and prevention.
